New Covenant's Wellness Fair

New Covenant Baptist Church is a small church with a big heart. On Saturday, April 18th, they sponsored a wellness fair for the surrounding community. Residents were provided free health screenings, wellness exams, and information on available health services.

We must never forget that Jesus provided aid for the physical body as well as spiritual salvation. We cannot hope to affect the spiritual lives of people if we are unwilling to help them with their day-to-day struggles.

¹⁴"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. ¹⁶ In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

We're meeting again at Atlanta Bread Company to finish discussing "Why Men Should Study the Bible." Remember to bring your answers to the study questions:

• Why is the scripture important?
• What is the relationship of the Holy Spirit and scripture?
• Why did Solomon as for wisdom?
• What did God grant Solomon in addition to wisdom?

Our First Study
